Ice Management Is a Separate Scope
Plowing and ice management solve different problems. A cleared surface can still become slippery as conditions change. The estimate should identify the driveways, parking areas, entrances, walks or other agreed surfaces to be treated and whether the work is requested on its own or with snow plowing.
Materials, timing and repeat applications must not be assumed. They depend on the written proposal, surface conditions and weather. No treatment can guarantee that an outdoor surface will remain free of ice at all times.
