What We Do

Complete Outdoor Property Services Across Western New York

Meta Services NY provides lawn care, landscaping, tree services, outdoor-living improvements, exterior work, seasonal cleanup, snow plowing, and ice management. Select a service to see what is included, how the work is planned, and what information helps us prepare an estimate.

Landscaping services in Buffalo NY usually get bought one problem at a time. The lawn looks bad, so someone mows it. A tree drops a limb, so someone else takes it down. The driveway needs plowing, so a third company turns up in November and drives over the bed that the first two spent the summer on.

We run all of it on one account. Lawn care, planting and design, tree work, patios and walkways, seasonal cleanups, and snow. The reason that matters is not convenience so much as memory. The crew that plows your driveway in January already knows where the sprinkler heads are, which edge is soft after a thaw, and where the snow can go without killing anything.

The six groups below cover everything we do. Most customers start with one and add to it, and there is no obligation to take more than you need. If you are not sure which one your problem belongs in, that is a normal place to start — describe the property and we will tell you.

Not sure which service you need? That is a normal place to start. Tell us the property and what is bothering you about it, and we will say what it actually needs. Call (716) 466-5651 or request a free written estimate.

Common questions about our services

Which service do I actually need?

Describe what is bothering you about the property rather than trying to pick a category. Standing water after rain could be grading, drainage or a downspout, and those are three different jobs at three different prices. We work that out before quoting.

Do I have to use you for everything?

No. Most customers start with one service, usually lawn care or a cleanup, and add to it over a few seasons. There is no bundle you have to buy into and no minimum.

Is it cheaper to combine services?

Sometimes, and not always in the way people expect. Combining rarely produces a discount on the line items, but it removes repeat visits and the repair work that happens when one contractor damages another’s. Snow and landscaping on the same property is where it shows up most.

Do you cover the same area for every service?

No, and this is worth checking before you plan around it. Landscaping, lawn and tree work run across Erie, Niagara, Monroe and Genesee counties. Snow is deliberately narrower, eleven ZIP codes around the Amherst and Tonawanda corridor, because plowing is a routing business and we would rather decline than miss you at five in the morning.

How do estimates work?

Everything is quoted in writing before any work starts, including what is not included. Small jobs can often be quoted from a photograph and the address. Patios, retaining walls, grading and tree removal get looked at on site, because quoting those from a picture is how people end up being asked for more money halfway through.

When should I book?

Snow contracts are signed September through November and routes close once they are full. Spring cleanups fill up through March. Everything else is more flexible, though the first mow of the season is a fortnight when everybody calls at once.
