3. Appointments & Scheduling
- Appointment times are approximate and may vary due to weather or job delays

- Missed appointments or inaccessible properties may result in a service charge
4. Payments & Billing
- A 50% down payment is required upfront, with the remaining balance due upon completion
- Payment structures may vary only if agreed upon in writing
- Accepted payment methods include cash, cheque, Venmo, Zelle, credit and debit cards, ACH, and digital invoicing
- A late fee applies if the remaining balance is not paid within 3 days of completion, unless otherwise agreed in writing
- A flat $100 fee applies for any returned or bounced cheque

- Same-day cancellations may result in a service fee
