what we do

Seasonal Cleanups and Snow Services

Western New York gives you about four usable months and then takes them back. Meta Services NY handles the turn of each season: cutting back and clearing in spring, leaves and shutdown in fall, then plowing and salting once the snow starts. Same company, same account, all year.

We agree what each visit covers and when it should happen, based on the property and the season.

Spring and fall cleanups get scheduled dates. Snow work runs on a trigger depth you agree up front.

Crews clear, cut back, haul away, or plow and salt depending on the season and the contract.

Debris leaves the site, hard surfaces get blown or cleared, and we tell you what is coming next.

More Seasonal Services

What the Seasons Usually Need

Most properties take two or three of these across the year.

Mowing, aeration, seeding, and weed control on a season-long schedule.

Season-long lawn care coordinated around the rest of the property.

Reworking tired beds, failed plantings, and overgrown yards.

Clearance pruning and crown work on mature trees, roofs, and driveways.

Why Choose Us

Why Choose Meta Services NY for Seasonal Work

The crew plowing your lot in January is the crew that mowed it in July, so they already know where the curbs, drains, and soft edges are. That is the difference between a clean plow and a spring repair bill.

Common Questions

Frequently Asked Questions About Seasonal Services

Cleanups are priced on property size and how much material has to leave the site, which after a heavy fall can be a lot. Snow is quoted either per push or as a seasonal figure. Seasonal pricing suits people who would rather not think about it in February.

Snow contracts want to be signed by October, because once it is snowing everyone calls at once. Fall cleanup gets booked from September. Spring cleanup fills up in March and runs on weather rather than the calendar.

Spring covers cutting back perennials, clearing winter debris, edging beds, and a first mow. Fall is leaf removal, cutting back, gutter-line clearance where reachable, and shutting down beds. Mulch and disposal are listed separately on the estimate.

Both, though they run on different terms. Commercial lots get cleared on a trigger depth with salting, often before opening hours. Residential drives run on a route, so timing depends where you sit on it.

That is the usual arrangement. Cleanups, mowing, and snow on one account means one invoice and one number to call, and we already have the property details on file.

Call (716) 466-5651 or use the estimate form. For snow, send the address and tell us whether you need salting as well as plowing. For cleanups, a photo of the property helps us judge the volume.
